I forget to tell you that the CD doens't contain any code that link to lumped element. So what do u want exactly? are u interested in modeling active devices by FDTD method? I mean caapcitor, resistor, diodes, MESFET. so can u explain me in detail what you want?

Hi,
There isn't any LE-FDTD code in the CD. however, I Have some programs that model RLC circuit. so if you wanna them so send me your a private message which show me your email. I have a microstip loaded by a resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode.
