icc to tsmc 16nm

we have ICC flow, .tcl files, for tsmc 28nm.Could I just simply apply those to tsmc 16nm? or I need major modification for those tcl files?

肯定要改的，但要改多少，要看你的flow了。28的金属结构和16就差别巨大！16的金属前面是double pattern的，后面非double的，只能走一个方向，这就是和28巨大的差异了。
