SOC encounter不能load进LEF文件

可不能沉了，自己来顶顶！

错误提示是什么?

ERROR：（SOCSYT-16013）：Load LEF file project/cz6hstd5v_v1.4/LEF/cz6h_std.lef faild
Terminal中显示：
**WARN: (SOCLF-209):Cell 'F097' has been found in db, no extra pin 'VDD' can be added for existing macro
**ERROR: (SOCLF-53):The layer 'METAL1' is not found in the database.
A layer must be defined before it can be referenced.
**ERROR: (SOCLF-3):Error found when processing LEF file 'project/cz6hstd5v_v1.4/LEF/cz6h_std.lef'
**ERROR: (SOCLF-26):No technology information is defined in the first lef file.
Please rearrange the lef file order and make sure the technology lef file is the
first one, exit and restart First Encounter.

这个说的很明白了，你导入的lef文件cz6h_std.lef只有std cell的物理信息，没有tech info，就是定义各个金属层的宽度，间距这些工艺信息。你应该还有另外一个lef文件，如 cz6h_tech.lef的，将它放在前面，cz6h_std.lef放在后面

嗯，有个head_cz6h_3al.lef，里面不仅定义各个金属层的宽度，间距这些工艺信息，还定义NDIFF与PDIFF与CUT等，我先加head_cz6h_3al.lef，后加cz6h_std.lef，还是不行，错误如下：
**ERROR: (SOCLF-18):The layer 'NDIFF' is not defined. For the incremental mode or not first lef file, the layer should alreadybe defined.

说明文档说head_cz6h_3al.lef为technology file ,可是还是这样。说没定义NDIFF我把这条删除了，还是不行。
才开始学习，菜鸟一个，多谢大虾指点。

可不能沉了

我的网表一load就自动退出encounter了，
ERR：Can't set top cell to "ee_iic"because it doesn't exist.Exiting Encounter！
我用自己搭的电路提出来的.v就可以load进去，唯一不同的就是.v文件，为什么会这样呢?没搞明白?

因为我选的在Design import选择的是By User ,我的.v文件的名字和里面顶层module的名字不一致，导致找不到顶层单元，实际上应该是顶层module名才是TOP CELL名.
其次LEF是有顺序的，先是工艺文件的.lef 然后才应该是STD.lef

呵呵，就是这样的答案！所以多分析log就能找到症结

我现在也在烦这个问题，没有tech信息的lef，生成不了encounter需要的lef文件
