我发现是calibre到处spef我好想做错了,我的做法是昨晚drc和lvs之后用pex提取门级网标,里面hcell用作了,但是也没找到,我查到lvs好像可以生产hcell,但是具体的命令没查到,您能给我说一下么,谢谢

好的,我也试过用starrc提过参数,lef/def的时候缺map文件,这个提供的是给milkyway使用的,我想用milkyway提参数,又不知道什么是milkyway 的database是什么。您知道么
milkyway database 是ICC的PR数据
d多谢您的回答。我已经感觉很无力了,calire提取文件加载xcell之后,提出的spef文件里面仍有管子,而且文件里面都是序号,没有名字,也不知道哪里设置错了数字水好深
没有用calibre抽spef,不过感觉你抽取的spef是transistor level的,你试试看有没有option设置是gate level的。找calibre manual看看。
我选的是gate level ,也加了xcell但是不对,~
我准备放弃calibre用starrc了,问题是starerc没提供lef/def的map文件,只提供了给milkyway的map.要写的话我不知道格式,您知道相关的格式或者例子么
