DC compile_ultra crash issue

我有一个模块，用compile命令综合没问题，把compile命令换成compile_ultra DC在开始pass 1 mapping不久以后总是崩溃，出错信息如下。
有没有高手知道为什么?我的操作系统是CentOS 6.2 64bit, 4G内存。
另外用compile_ultra不一定要读pdb或者floorplan信息吧?我用的还是老的flow, 只读了.db.

看起来我的Linux操作系统版本太高了，Synopsys目前才支持到redhat 5.5，G-Foundation什么时候才release呢?否则我只有降级我的系统了。
Cant solve DC Ultra license issue
