我想用DC直接生成测试向量,于是用命令create_test_patterns -compaction_effor high,
DC提示:This command is now obsolete. Please use the "estimate_test_coverage" command for testcoverage estimation and refer to the man page for syntax. To generate test vectors, please use TetraMAX ATPG.
于是我用命令estimate_test_coverage
DC提示:Error: This site is not licenced for 'Test-DFTC-TMAX'. (SEC-51)
请问是我必须装tetraMAX才能用这个命令,还是因为其他什么原因.
我只想得到故障覆盖率,请问是否一定要装TetraMAX,有没有办法直接用DC得到.
还请各位高手指教,不胜感激
