ICC设计中到了pre placement的时候check出现了一个False

RT，就是马上要进行Placement了，然后这个时候运行check_physical_design -stage pre_place_opt -output ../out 的
时候，一敲完这个指令，马上就接着一个False，然后就是checking tluplus...最后的一个report中并没有报道error和warning，觉得很不正常，不知道是什么引起的，望大侠多多帮助啊

没有Error/Warning就OK

额，这样没有风险吗?感觉很不正常似得，一个error和warning都没有

Waring：Layer 'METAL1' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the recommended wire-to-via pitch 0.535 or 0.485.
Waring：Layer 'METAL5' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the recommended wire-to-via pitch 0.66 or 0.61.
Waring：Layer 'METAL3' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.
Waring：Layer 'METAL4' has a pitch 0.56 that dose not match the doubled pitch 1.12 or tripled pitch 1.68.

虽然是warning但是看着not match这几个显眼的字眼，还是很不放心，
