请教一个Tmax的问题

我在使用Tmax 产生pattern run_drc时产生一个错误如下：

Chain path6 successfully traced with 144 scan_cells.

Error: U_CORE/U_UART0/sbuf_rec_reg_0_ (14487) in chain path7 previously used in chain trace. (S5-1)

Error: Design rules checking failed: cannot exit DRC command mode. (M100)

stopped at line 31 due to error. (CMD-081) （详细如附件tmax.log）

然后我去查了我在做dft是的drc check （如下）
并没有S5的violation，scan也插入正常,还有我这个寄存器是在我的的可关断模块中

111 out of 1271 sequential cells have violations(详细如附件post_drc.rpt)

然后我又去查了dft后产生的网表，发现tmax产生错误的寄存器sub_rec_0_的reset被接到了1 （TIMHIM），于是我手动把sub_rec_0_/reset端接到reset port ，然后在dft中做drc check时就会报错，也不会产生scan chain 错误如下，产生错误的是isolation cell，我用autofix也不能把这个violation消除
