formality issue for help

when I run the formality, there are many warnings about black-box ,they are all memories' black box！

没关系啊， blackbox很多的，
比如physical-only cell ,antenna , filler ，power pad，hard macro等，
只要确认是不影响FM 比较的，就可以waive，
