Ecounter specifyLockupElement 命令的使用

看man：
lockup cell是 scanchain上 2个clock domain/phase 经过的cell，特殊单元吧，

-in <ftname>
-out <ftname>
DESCRIPTION
Specifiesa cell or instance as a lockup element. Lockup elements are present in scan chains where the chain crosses between two different clock domains or clock phases.
Use this command after running placement.
Parameters
-cell <leafCellName>
Specifies the cell to be a lockup element.
-in <ftname>Specifies the name of the scan input.
-inst <instName>Specifies the instance to be a lockup element.
-out <ftname>Specifies the name of the scan output.
