how to transfer ITF tecchnology file？

which cadence tool can translate ITF technology file to QRC technolgy file?
can any one give me the detailed command file or command line?

I just know how to translate ITF to nxtgrd file(for Star-RC), Maybe you need to query Cadence FAE.
