drc检查提示off grid

最好能保证在grid也就是栅格上，这样可以保证后续的mask制作精确度。

如果严格来说，必须保证图像边缘在grid上。

它会将不在grid上的层拉到grid上！这样可能会出现drc错误，这要看你间距够不够了！

MASK的精度不一样，格点不一样

"off-grid" is a very "serious" problem, specially for Deep-Sub-Microm process.
It will cause DRC violations and when you make the mask, it will (sometimes) require different grade of mask material and increase your manufacturing cost.

off manufacturing grid ( that is offgrid in calibre drc check ) is a real DRC error ,
should fix ,
since sometimes the offgrid error is not important if it have large space or not result in
shorts or open , but it can results in shorts or open case ,
so please fix it ！

foundry一般留了20%餘量，不會有問題，但是最好還是清掉吧，很簡單花不了多少時間。

drc错误还是需要清理的，除非你和foundry确认

很重要，最好是把OFFGRID 错误清除掉

接触孔还从来没遇到过offgrid额。不过这错得清吧。除非foundry同意。
