大神看一下这是什么ERC错误

报的错误如下：All Nwell not part of bjt or nwell/psub diode or 1.8v bumps in Newell capacitor or 6v memos in Newell capacitor inside psub region not identified as controlled should be tied to an appropriate power supply.
大神帮忙看一下什么错误，谢谢。

应该是deck没有设置好吧，如果highlight是在power上，在lvs deck里加上power name试试看。

BJT上的N-WELL區 沒有接到屬於POWER NAME的點
所以會出現這個錯
如loveagle2010 所說 lvs command加入power name即可解決
