Position: FAE - Signal Chain + Power
Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen
Job Description:
Responsible for the technical introduction and promotion of new analog products ( Precision product: ADC/DAC, Amplifiers, Power management and high speed products, High speed ADC/DAC,  etc.) to key Industrial , Instrumentation, Automation & Healthcare, Medical customers.
Give seminars to customers introducing existing and new ADI core technology and products.
Being first line of technical support for top customers and distributors sales.
Responsible for defining and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products and communicating to product lines.
Know the signal chains of different applications (Industry & Instrument;Medical)
Responsible for attending and absorbing information at ADI FAE training, and communicating that back to the China region.
Responsible for new products development activities in China. Being an ally to both the Product Line and to Sales.
Responsible for developing local distributor Sales and D-FAE training programs.
Requirement:
MSEE required;
Solid skill in analog and Mixed signal circuit design, more than two years design experience in industrial / Instrumentation, medical equipment design experience is preferred
Solid skill in Power or analog/Mix-singal design, more than two years design experience in Industrial / Instrumentation, medical equipment design experience is preferred
Fluent English and Mandarin, good communication skills

Position: FAE - Wireless
Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen
Job Description:
Provide field applications support to Strategic and Key Communication customers for Analog Devices Wireless RF, Microwave & High-Speed Communication products;
Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs; Support key customers projects with system knowledge, drive technology discussions and design ins for specific product areas with a focus on maximizing share, forming deep customer relationships and driving exemplary customer satisfaction.
Direct interface to the customer, providing technical guidance and support such as product recommendations, schematic review, PCB layout and validation reports, on-site trouble shooting.
Technical champion in signal chain of communication wireless applications in Sales/FAE team.
Collect customer's technical requirements and macro trend of the application, report the new products idea to BU for product / solution definition; Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' new needs;
Qualifications:
More than 3-year experience in communication wireless base station industry.
System level knowledge of some of them: 3G/4G Macro/Micro BTS, 3G/4G Multi-carrier Picocells, Femtocell and small Cells, FDD and TDD Active Antenna Systems; FPGA related experience is better;
Solid knowledge in Broad RF, Microwave, high-speed converters and mixed signal circuit applications / design at the board / system level;
Experience in ADS, MATLAB, and software programming ability ( C / Python, etc.);
Previous experience providing customer-facing technical support; Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and set priorities;
Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with ability to work in team;
Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to build/drive relationships across are required;
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skill in both English and Chinese;
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
