Skills Required:
The ability to quantify and make trade-offs between performance, area and power to meet product requirements is key to success in this role. In addition, we require:
oGood algorithmic understanding
oIndustry standard ASIC flow and tools
oUnderstanding of low power design techniques
oUnderstanding of embedded system level design, such as memory and processor interfaces/buses etc.
oVHDL and Verilog based design
oSynthesis and static timing analysis using Synopsys Design Compiler
oGood written communication skills , with the ability to develop clear design requirement specifications and technical reference manuals
oExcellent analytic and troubleshooting skills
Desirable skills:
oSimulation using ModelSim, NC Sim and/or VCS
oPCB level debug using logic analysers, bus analysers and/or oscilloscopes
oLint and CDC analysis using Spyglass
oCode coverage analysis using VCS
oMatlab
Experience Required:
oExperience of SOC integration essential
oExperience with clock gating
oExperience of implementing complex algorithms into designs
oThis position is within a small team so the successful candidate must be able to work well with colleagues and possess good communication skills.
oThe candidate must be highly motivated, keen to make a real contribution to the development of our range of IP and software products
oThe position may involve occasional travel to customer sites

Our Hardware Engineers play a critical role to deliver synthesizable IP cores to multiple SoC manufacturers serving the camera and mobile devise market. A wide breadth of experience in verification methodologies is essential, as you will play a critical role in driving our verification processes.

oDebug experience

Experience Required:
oPrevious experience of system level verification in a commercial development environment is essential.
oThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate having produced or contributed to customer facing verification reports.
oPrevious experience working in a hardware design function before moving into verification is required

应该是ARM吧，被收购的Apical
还不错吧。适合想去英国养老的
这过去能入籍？有个哥们毕业就被公司派到英国驻地，拿英镑，爽歪歪
这个是英国直接招聘，拿的是 Tier2(General) 工作签证， 按照英国政府规定Tier2(General)在英国工作满5年可以申请永居，永居后一年可以入籍。而一般公司内部transfer拿的是Tier2(ICT)签证，是不能申请永居的。
这种职位应该需要英语很好吧？

查了下伦敦10年资历的人平均年薪4万多英镑
没啥优势。不知道是不是真的
能给多少钱？虽然伦敦有雾霾，但也可以考虑
不至于吧，这个国内这个级别的公司三到五年就可以拿到了..
还要看税，不知道英国的税怎么样
4万多英镑这个数目大概差不多。欧洲的半导体业工资比美国低不少。
