Job description：
The engineer will be responsible for system simulator development (on NS3), performing system simulations for new RRM algorithms for a wireless communication system (on OFDM).
The team leader will be responsible for building a system simulation team and participating in system algorithm design.
Requirements for this position are:
- Master or Ph.D in telecommunication, EE or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in mobile network product system engineering. (Minimum 6 years for team leader)
- Strong system level simulation experience are highly desirable
- Skillfull with C/C++ for simulation
- Extensive knowledge of wireless communication systems
e.g. 5G,LTE/LTE-A,3G UMTS,WiFi,Wimax
- Solid understanding on fundamentals of wireless communication technologies
- Good knowledge of LTE Radio Resource Management/Scheduling Algorithms is a plus
- Familiar with 3GPP 36.xxx series and/or IEEE 802.11 series is a plus
- Experience in drafting/ filing patents is a plus
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit, dedicated and results oriented professional
- Good at both oral and written English is a plus
