Maintain & support of Wi-Fi and BT/FM drivers for Windows on both x86 and ARM; oversee an engineering team size of 30+
1. Driver feature development
2. Customisation and maintenance of customer configuration tools
3. OEM Support
4. Team development
Requirements:
1. Coding competence in Windows drivers,
2. 5+ years of Windows/WiFi experience, (prefer driver included)
3. 5+ year of PM experience in R&D and deployment,
4. CRM experience is a plus
5. 10+ years of experience is desired

1.负责Android系统下Wifi驱动、HAL或Framework层的开发和维护；
2.负责Wifi系统整体性能的调试与优化；
3.负责深入研究Android Wifi子系统架构，尤其是Android/Linux新版本新功能；
4.负责组织或者参与团队重要问题的讨论；5.负责撰写相关开发文档和为团队培训；
岗位要求：
1.具备良好的自我驱动能力，具有强烈的责任感，有挑战自我、学习新知的意愿与能力；
2.具备2年以上Wifi系统软件设计和开发经验，熟悉Linux平台或者Android平台；
3.熟悉Linux系统下开发环境，熟悉shell、gdb、vim、emacs等工具；
4.熟悉软件设计架构，有Android、Symbian、MTK或其他类似系统经验优先；
5.有操作系统，ARM/X86，驱动，算法和数据结构，编译器知识和相关经验优先；
6.计算机、电子工程等相关专业，或其他专业但对计算机、电子工程非常感兴趣；
7.良好的英语读写能力，能快速阅读相关英文资料和用英文进行工作交流；
8.热爱Android/Linux或者Wifi开发，具备相互协助、沟通的能力和团队合作精神；
