深圳国资集团IC团队招聘一名资深IC测试/设计专家, Level相当于二线经理, 但是是一个Individual Contributor, 负责IC环节中测试这一部分, 类似于Team Leader, 汇报给Executive Director
具体职责:
在wafer从fundry 出来以后,封装以前,做chip probing探针测试, 同时会负责封装量产后的测试工作.
具体要求:
硕士最少10年,博士最少八年相关的工作经验, 最好英文能正常沟通.

1 IC芯片厂商里做IC Test的人士
2 芯片测试厂商里的测试专家+一定的analog design能力,类似日月光、安靠、星科金朋、新加坡、马来西亚的厂商的.
3 Fab、 Fundry里出来的有一定研发能力和测试能力的人.
具体的职位要求如下：
JD: Sr. Design/Test Electrical Engineer (Band 9)
Location - Shenzhen
Reports to: Director, Device Engineering
Position Description:
Design, and implement mixed-signal ASIC characterization and test systems
Develop performance models and test parameters for fingerprint sensors and associated circuits.
Design hardware for ASIC and system functions test.
Support ASIC design and verification efforts. Design support for internal and customer driven projects
Ability to work on a broad variety of tasks, enjoy working in a high paced startup environment.
Required Skills:
Experience in digital and analog circuit design; special strength in analog circuit design required
Experience in design of high-precision circuits for device characterization
Familiar with signal integrity issues in test system design
Extensive experience in circuit simulation
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of mixed signal ASIC verification methodology
Experience in mixed signal ASIC test and characterization
Experience with circuit simulation algorithms and tools such as SPICE.
Experience with schematic capture tools such as ORCAD or Viewlogic
Familiarity with PCB and IC layout tools
Familiarity with logic simulation tools
Experience with use of test equipment such as wafer probe stations, logic analyzers, signal generators,
oscilloscopes etc.
Desirable Skills
Experience in product development and design-for-manufacturing
Knowledge of surface-mount technologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirement
PCB design experience
Experience with RFID technologies
Experience with digital IC and microcontroller design
Experience with FPGA and ASIC design
Experience with wireless communication methods (ISO14443, 802.15.4, etc).
Experience with programable instrument control systems in languages such as Labview and C.
Experience with circuit modeling and simulation in languages such as Matlab and C.
Ability to work in a fast paced env that places strong emphasis on sch’d and deliverables
Qualifications
- M. S. or Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering; higher degrees preferred
- 15+ years relevant experience in design of analog and digital circuits.
- Organized, hands-on engineer, capable of working independently without daily supervision

哪个KTV的经理收入这么高？ 求转行
这是打算让一个人干一个team的活吗？
是啊，要求全能，这种人基本没有。
专家这东西，要精就不能博，要博就不能要求干具体活。
招聘的人打算把这两项合并搞全能王
一个team，这基本上把一个公司的活都干了吧，哈哈
这么高的要求...这么低的薪资.... IC 真是屌丝行业了
Familiarity with PCB and IC layout tools ---搞IC的不搞PCB
Familiarity with logic simulation tools --------搞设计的和仿真是两条路
Experience with use of test equipment such as wafer probe stations, logic analyzers, signal generators, ---还得懂CP测试，这是Fab里的人搞的活。
光这三条，就没办法找到专家，一个搞IC的设计的基本上不会去接触PCB 设计，又搞过IC设计，PCB 设计，能仿真，还懂fab probing。
自己可以开公司了吧，上下游通吃啊，干嘛跑你们那里拿那么点钱？
