100M采样ADC的测试
一般上来说,关键是THD>=90dB的输入信号。如果到了14bit,100M,就有很多问题了。

滤波吧,无论是Vin还是clock都可以去买些窄带的带通滤波器来滤波,这样的话Vin的THD不是问题,clock的jitter也会好一些。
如果滤波之后Vin的相噪声和clock的jitter还是不够就有点无解了,但即使这样找噪声性能好的信号源总比找噪声和THD性能都好的信号源要容易。
配置MB AV8模块的Verigy 93k测试机台可以测。国内至少在北京、上海和广州就有好些台。
