关于GSMC13_Digital工艺库的疑问，求助！

小弟最近用上述GSMC13_Digital工艺库做数字后端的时候发现库的文件不全。我用的是synopsys公司的ICC进行CTS时，因为库中没有.tluplus或者.itf以及mapfile导致无法继续。
后端TECH文件夹只有以下的文件
   不知道有没有前辈用过这个工艺库啊?

(1) Calibre Antenna command files
   GSMC_A013S7G0_ANT_DRC_Cal.cmd (top metal is metal4, 5, 6, 7)
(2) Calibre DRC command files
   GSMC_A013S7G0_DRC_Cal.cmd (top metal is metal4, 5, 6, 7)
(3) Calibre LVS command files
   GSMC_A013S7G0_LVS_Cal.cmd (top metal is metal4, 5, 6, 7)
(4) Virtuoso tech file, mapping file and display file
   GSMC_A013S7G0_Virtuoso_

500.tf
   GSMC_A013S7G0_Virtuoso_500.map
   GSMC_L013S8G0_display.drf
(5) Antenna clf files
   GSMC_A013S4G0_ANT.clf (top metal is metal4)
