CentOS6.4 安装之后vcsmx_2014.03运行报license问题

我在centos6.4上安装了vcsmx_2014.03，采用 -full64 方式运行，运行之后报license的错误。
请问vcsmx_2014.03必须和哪一个版本的SCL配合使用，我从EETOP上下载了SCL_v11.5，不知道怎么安装，所以仍然用的
SCL_10.9版本的。请求高手指点！跪谢！
