求助：ISE下载程序，Initialize JTAG chain检测不到xilinx USB cable

在问题发生前一天都能下载程序，第二天就不行了。插上xilinx下载器后，设备管理器中显示出了xilinx USB Cable驱动。但是ISE就是无法检测到设备。而且我发现无论插不插下载器都是一样的，都是下面的信息提示。有没有哪位大侠帮忙解决一下?
