fpga控制sata 接口硬盘进行数据存取 Gbps

最近遇到一个任务，以前在学校都是rtl的多，具体片子的较少。
      要求使用FPGA控制sata接口的硬盘进行数据传输，要实现从硬盘中往外的传输速度达到5Gbps，我看到SATA600MByte/s的接口，也就是能达到6Gbit/s传输速度，不明白的是SATA600MByte/S的硬盘它的实际速度能达到5Gbit/s的传输要求么?大家推荐什么硬盘SSD固态硬盘还是常用的机械硬盘?
      如果说一个SATA 600MBps的硬盘够用了，请问xilinx 的芯片哪个系列比较适合做这个，看到有V5的能达到550Mhz，550MHz怎么来处理5G或更高速率的数据呢?
       如果一个SATA硬盘不能满足需求是不是还得用磁盘阵列的技术?
       在论坛里看到有说FPGA和SATA接口通信的话，还得在FPGA里弄个PATA接口，然后通过PATA和SATA转换的芯片来完成。

opencores上面貌似有开源的sata控制器。
不过要选带serdes的fpga才可以。

带gtx的xilinx fpga可以，但6g有难度

有上6GBPS的，不过需要选新的器件，很贵

    有 GTP 的 spartan6 或者 vertex6 都能做到

You could also take a look at the new altera's chips,maybe is possible to use the opencore's sata core

I am also interested to use the Sata core from opencores .I have a project to design a data encription unit for magnetic Storage .And i also looking for a good FPGA part .I have been looking at the Lattice FPGA. It is a very cheap part and it has very fast SERDES . I just bought the LatticeECP3 Versa kit .

SATA 600MB/s 的速度 不是差不多就是5Gb/s ?

   
    SATA接口是有600MBps的，但是硬盘的读取速率却不好达到这个速度，目前初步的想法是使用一个磁盘阵列卡用多个硬盘来达到这个速度，不过对于这个阵列的管理还不是很清晰。
