我使用了IBUFGDS ，做了如下例化：
IBUFGDS clkin_buf
(.O (clkin200),
.I (clk_in_p),
.IB (clk_in_n));
结果报错：
Xst:2033 - Port IB of Input buffer u_top_if_net/u_mac/u_diff_iobuf/clkin_buf is connected to VCC
Xst:2033 - Port I of Input buffer u_top_if_net/u_mac/u_diff_iobuf/clkin_buf is connected to GND

管脚pin连接问题。
