关于Quartus II的M4K Packed mode问题

看Cyclone II的手册上说，如果两个存储器的容量小于等于半个M4K的大小，且都是单端的时候，当两个存储共用一个单时钟时将可以被打包。Two single-port memory blocks can be packed into a
single M4K block if each of the two independent block
sizes are equal to or less than half of the M4K block
size, and each of the single-port memory blocks is
configured in single-clock mode.
这个打包意思是将两个独立的存储器在一个M4K中实现是吧?要怎么设置呢?我写了个1/4个正弦表的DDS程序不行啊...我例化了两个这样的DDS，但是资源报告里一直都是现实占用了2个M4K模块...Altera说的这种存储器打包能在Quartus II 13.0上实现吗?要怎么设置?还是说ROM不可以?
