synopsys库文件功耗自己手算问题

请问下大牛在synopsys库中,如果对库文件中的数据想自己手算出功耗,可以怎么算出来啊?
虽然知道查表得出功耗,但是好多内部问题不大清楚,而且在自己设计的RTL电路综合成门级电路后,那些输出电容以及输入延迟时间又是怎么看的呢?
