irun9.2 INCA_libs不能created 问题

在论坛上找了个9.2的在虚拟机上安好后，运行下面命令出现下面错误：
irun -f compile.f test.sv

irun: *W,LOGOPN: log file (irun.log) could not be opened, continuing without it (Permission denied).
irun: *E,NWRKDRA: A NC library working directory could not be found or created to './INCA_libs/irun.lnx86.09.20.nc'. Check the permissions of the directories shown.
这个东西INCA_libs为什么不能创建呢?请问一下各位遇到这样的问题没。
