hspice2010.3安装问题

为什么总是在最后打印.......

然后停下来不动了。
安装过程我参考了http://bbs.eetop.cn/viewthread.php?tid=320005&;highlight=hspice%2B2010%2Bfor%2Blinux，我按他的方法修正了PDF里的错误。我的环境变量是这样的。

1. export SYNOPSYS_HOME=/home/wt/eda/synopsys
   
2. export HSP_HOME=$SYNOPSYS_HOME/hspice_vD-2010.03/
   
3. export SCL_HOME=$SYNOPSYS_HOME/scl_10.9.3
   
4. export HSP_BIN=$HSP_HOME/hspice/bin
   
5. export SCL_BIN=$SCL_HOME/linux/bin
   
6. export SX_BIN=$SYNOPSYS_HOME/spice_explorer_2007
   
7. export PATH=$HSP_BIN:$SX_BIN:$PATH
   
8. export LM_LICENSE_FILE=$SYNOPSYS_HOME/synopsys.dat:27000@ICHome:$LM_LICENSE_FILE
   
9. ####### Customed alias for commands ########
   
10. alias hsplmd='$SCL_BIN/lmgrd -c $SYNOPSYS_HOME/synopsys.dat'

另外最后那个27000@ICHome是不是也要改?。真头疼啊，折磨一下午了，所以特发帖求救，希望各大神能不吝指点。
