altera 的 triple speed ethernet 如何配置100M自协商

采用altera的triple speed ethernet 生成的PCS only core， core带有TB， 采用两个CORE对接测试100M自协商没有配置成功，如下是1000M自协商的配置，core能正常运行，但是吧速率改成100M就失败，有那位大侠用过吗?谢谢！
