Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with engineers in local and aboard.
2. Understand and discuss the unit architecture with architecture team.
3. Co-work with team members to prepare and refine the unit micro-architecture.
4. Plan the project properly and lead the team to complete logic implementation, verification, synthesis, etc. in time.
5. Participate in design/verification/timing review. Ensure high-quality delivery to back-end.
Job Requirements:
1. Solid background on logic design. Deep understanding of performance analysis and logic implementation.
2. Fluent in the ASIC flow, including micro-architecture design, logic implementation, verification, synthesis, DFT, etc.
3. Knowledge on interconnect/network is strongly preferred.
4. Knowledge on layout is preferred.
5. Expertise in Verilog, Perl. Be familiar with C/C++.
6. Good communication, English listening and speaking skills.
7. Good leadership. Experience of leaders/managers is preferred.
8. Strong problem solving ability.
9. Proactive. Can work well under pressure.
