用dc综合时，不是要core and io library (slow.lib fast typical---------core library
                umc18io3v5v_typ.lib,umc18io3v5v_slow.lib,umc18io3v5v_fast.lib-------io library)
我用的库就是umc.18的library
我用blastcreat做 logic synthesis, 它调 slow.lib or fast.lib. and then it could generate the netlist.
我用blastfusion 做 physical synthesis, place and route. 那在这里的综合，P—R 得调用含IO 的library

如果我要用 import volcano   ./***********/*.volcano
那我该怎么做， 将core and io library(lib) 跟物理综合时要的(*.lef) 他们怎么样才产生 volcano库
