薄膜体声波滤波器的材料、设计及应用

强的竞争力。本文简要介绍了薄膜体声波滤波器的结构、原理及相关压电薄膜材料等问题。目前的BAW器件尚存在一些急需解决的问题:如何获得更大的耦合系数以满足下一代通信系统中大数据量传输的带宽要求、如何提高工艺水平以保证各膜层厚度误差的匹配、如何获得c轴一致取向的压电薄膜等。尽管如此,完全可以相信,随着第三代移动通信时代的到来,BAW滤波器凭借其独特的优势必定会展现出更广阔的应用前景。
