cadence 运行时显示 internal error found in spectre. 如何解决？

cadence在netlist and run 后显示 internal error found in spectre. please run get spectre files or send the netlist ,the behavioral model files and any other information that can help identify the problem to support@cadence.com
segmentation fault.
这个问题该如何解决呢?
