16.6做固定孔Dril/slotsymbol和 DEFAULT INTERNAL这个层面不设置，检查时报错是怎么回事?可以忽略吗
报错能容如下：
PADSTACK ERRORS and WARNINGS:
DEFAULT INTERNAL: No pads are defined.
When loaded into a design, no internal pads will be added
for unmatched padstack layers or when additional internal
connection layers are added to the design.
NCDRILL: Drill hole is defined but there is no appropriate drill
symbol defined. Hole will not show in drill legends,
and there could be problems elsewhere as well.

做固定孔的啊中间层 DEFAULT INTERNAL不设置不可以吗
