allegro16.5导网表出现如下错误，跪求高手

ERROR(SPMHNI-170): Device '74LCX245_SOP20-25D59-226_CMOS_S' has library errors. Unable to transfer to Allegro.
如上错误。做封装时creat device 生成了IC类的TXT，还是提示如下错误。感觉不是封装问题，是原理图问题。不知道各位大神遇到过没，求解答。
