signoisexplorer无法打开

哪位大侠遇到过从constraint manager的网络中右击打开sigxplorer时报
the global signoise configuration file cds_signoise.cfg can not be read or is not found in the signoise path.
麻烦赐教，小弟万分感谢

我也遇到过，正在纳闷..............
