allegro 16.3最新hotfix-005開始正式支持
win7SPB 16.3 (no earlier versions) now officially supports Windows 7.  
In order to install and use this Cadence release on Windows 7, you must be logged on with ADMINISTRATIVE privileges. Additionally, User Account Controls (UAC) must be TURNED OFF.  
You can find additional installation information in the Cadence SPB/OrCAD 16.3 Release Installation Guide for Windows, Version 16.3 (pcbInstall.pdf) in the Documents folder of the Disk 1 folder of the Cadence Product DVD or image.
Please remember to go to your graphics card vendor's website to download latest graphic driver.

allegro16.2/16.3支持不支持win7我不知道。
