Quadband Antenna Design Needed

Anyone out there has the design for a single feed quad-band GSM/PCS/Bluetooth (2.4/5 GHZ) Antenna? I found one design on http://www.rangestar.com/pdf/400501.pdf but no antenna geomentry data exist. Will appreciate if anyone will tell me where to find antenna geomentry for these kind of antenna. (Don't have to be the one in the website) so I can build one myself.
