Where can I download the MATLAB's polynomial toolbox?
Can any one help ASAP? Thanks.

What do You mean by 'Polynomial Tollbox' ? The polynomial fitting functions includes in M@tlab core (not in special toolbox). On the M@thworks site I see nothing about this toolbox. Some polynomial tools You can download from:

And IMHO You must move Your post to 'Software Requests' section.
