optic directional coupler

i need to numerical solution(finite element) in chirowaveguide(planar waveguide) and solution wave equition in directional coupler used chiral materials(planar chirowaveguide.
can i used in matter the softe wair ,namly ANSIS or HPHFSS?
can you found the thesis in matter?
