I'm looking for almost all types oscillators from VTO 8000 series. Order should be low quantity.

Some dillers in the past sold this product for 10S.
Now, I can find only on russian market but seems price is too high-about 100S per one oscillator.


If anybody know some better sources let me know.

I have sucessfully used Minicircuits VCO's. Not as low as S10, but <S20 in small quantities. See

Minicircuits have not so wide band oscillators and up to 10GHz like this.


I don't expect low price like 10S and I'm sure that Russian prices are too high for products from west.

It seems that the European prices are not far from the Russians.
