parasitic impedance

Does anyone have any idea about the value of the parasitic impedance and parasitic capacitance of a 0 ohm resistor in 1206, 0805 and 0603 smd package?

You can measure S-parameters of the 0R resistor using network analyzer and model it yourself by using the measurement

eecly, thank you. I know how I can measure it, but I do not have such equipment. My question was if somebody knows approx. values from experience/previous measurements.

As a rule of thumb u can use the following model (I use this usually)

typical values:
Cs 0.03-0.1 pF

Sorry, the drawing doesn't look as I expected. At both pads Cs to ground, between pads series R-L, Cp in paralel to the pads
