i am looking for ads ne321000 nonlinear model
i only have the old ver libra model, can some one help ?

Check with www.cel.com/eng/eng_models.asp and down load the parameters and fill these numbers in the ads tom's model. then you have it.

first of all thanx linda, but this is libra model (u can see it at the end of the page in little leters :) , and i'm looking for ads model

Basically you just use the number in the libral and insert them into the ADS model, and they work, and that's what I mean.

the problem is that the model is not the same

the problem is that the model is not the same NEC does have the ADS model for most of their devices. Go to www.cel.com and download the ads design kit, it should have what you need. This download is a new addon.
