please recommand three 1W.3W,5W power amplifier at 2.4G

I am using HWL30YRF, HWL34YRF and HWL36YRF from Hexawave, but you can try TC2876, 2896 from Transcom, and many others from Mitsubishi, Fujitsu etc.

I tried with RF Microdevices's RF IC (try to look at their site). They haven't load pull problema and are very easy to use.

RF Microdevices has 1 chip the, RF2126 ( 31 dBm P1dB), I also tested it.

What supply voltage are you using? Have you considereed LDMOS in plastic package?
