i think joining a better company which is very important,
the company should have engineers with abudant experince.

At least design high frequency amplifier, PLL, filter yourself. And then you will know most part of RF knowledge well with practice.

I think that the fastest way is just gettin' old while studying, simulating measuring......

Understand the theory of RF. Try to simulate RF circuits in EDA tools. Build the circuit. Find the difference between simulation and real circuit. Think, think and think! Comment the differences.

Practise more, think more!
