Received and Decoder signnal from handset(NOKIA,SAMSUNG...)

When we call anyone, will have a signal is sent from ours phone to telepne exchange . This signal carries informations about number that we need call.
I want to receive and decoder this number to control a motor to open and close the door. Please kindly tell me circuit to do this.
