A question about Transceiver chip testing

I would measure a GSM transceiver chip
My chip can work on GSM 850, DCS1800 & PCS 1900
It include LNA, MIXER, ADC, FILTER, VCO........
It is a complete RF front end for multi-band GSM and GPRS wireless communications.
I need to list the measure apparatus and draw the PCB.
But I don't have any experience.
Can someone give me some data or advise.

Well, i think the best thing u can do is to use a CAD programm like Eagle or Orcad, they have most components on their libraries.

If that doesn′t work, use the datasheet, at the end of it there should be the measurements of the devise and u can draw it using autocad or any other CAD program.
