HF power Amplifier

Dear All
I need an integrated HF ( UHF ) Power amplfier (about 2 watt)
that match with 75ohm load . would you pls help me to find one
or design one.

Motorola once made modules like this. You should examine their web site to see what they now have. The MHW59x where x is 1, 2, or 3 put out at least 0.7W from 1-200 MHz. You could combine some of these modules.
