450M CDMA PA Using LDMOS

Recently, when I designed 450M CDMA PA, 30W/1 Carrier, I want to use 28V LDMOS as the power device.
The driver is AGRA10E 10W/100M~1G from Agere systems.Great devices.
But The final stage is AGR09130 which is in general used in 900M, but Agere didnt provide corresponding reference covering 450M. What can I do?
Anyone give me some recommendation, thanks
