How to design an HBT amplifier in ADS2003

i'm going to desing an HBT amplifier for my project, but it seems there are not any HBT transistors in ADS2003a. could u pls tell me how to do that? thank u very much!

go to nec web site and download the design kit of ads , it contain HBT
transistors
